What to Expect in Your Initial Consultation

• A timeline of events
• Date(s) of marriage
• Divorce decrees
• Child support order
• Child custody order
• Court summons and/or petitions
• Dates of reconciliations
• Pre-marital agreements
• Employment information for you and your spouse
• Social security numbers for you, your spouse and/or your children
• Tax returns for the last three years
• Retirement information including pensions, military retirements, 401(k)s, IRAs, Roth
IRA(s), etc.
• Estimation of household income
• Purchase price and/or mortgage payments on real estate
• Addresses and telephone numbers for all parties involved
• Any documentation of drug/alcohol/physical abuse
• Criminal records
