Darrell Harding: Darrell Harding has practiced family in Hampton Roads for nearly twenty years. He is particularly experienced in the areas of contested divorce, contested child custody, and adoption.
Darrell M. Harding graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University in 1984. He also graduated at the top of his class with his Juris Doctor Degree from J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University, in 1988. He served as Legal and Political Chairman over the Civil Law Division from 1987-1988, Negotiator Forum Vice President in 1988, and served on the Law Review
Dannielle C. Hall-McIvor graduated from the University of Virginia with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Government and History with a concentration in American Studies in 1999. She also graduated from the University of Virginia with her Master of Arts degree in English in 2001 and her Juris Doctor degree from Regent University Law School in 2006. She served on the Regent University Moot Court Board and was active in national moot court competitions. She and her team reached the semi-finals at the 2005 Cardozo/BMI Entertainment and Communications Law Moot Court National Tournament in New York City. She and her team won the 2006 American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Tournament held in Chicago, IL winning Best Team and Best Brief.
